The Sacramento Kings waived forward Eric Moreland on Wednesday.
In 2014-15, his first season with the Kings, Moreland totaled two points and one rebound in three minutes off the bench in three games.
Moreland’s season ended when he suffered a left shoulder labral tear, forcing him to miss the final 52 games of the regular season. He was assigned to the Reno Bighorns, the Kings’ Development League affiliate, during the season, and averaged 13.7 points, 12.7 rebounds, 1.4 assists, 1.29 steals, 1.57 blocks and 28.7 minutes per game in seven games (six starts).
