First-round pick Doug McDermott and two previous first-rounders — Taj Gibson and Nikola Mirotic — are part of the Chicago Bulls’ trade offer to the Minnesota Timberwolves for Kevin Love according to NBA reporter Chris Sheridan.

“The hang-up is Mirotic and McDermott signed their contracts (Tuesday),” Sheridan told 87.7 FM The Game in Chicago. “If this trade is going to happen, it’s not going to happen for another 29 days. If Minnesota likes the offer way, way better than the Cleveland offer, they can wait.”

Sheridan said the Cleveland offer of No. 1 pick Andrew Wiggins, 2013 No. 1 pick Anthony Bennett and a 2015 No. 1 pick (from Memphis or Miami), might be an easier sell to the Timberwolves fan base.

Boston remains in the picture, according to Sheridan, and is loaded with future draft picks.
