Milwaukee Brewers shortstop Jean Segura won the Dominican Winter League batting title after hitting .324 in 35 games for the Gigantes.

Segura was 48 for 148 with two home runs, drove in 21 runs and had a .379 on-base percentage. He also finished in a tie for second in the league with 11 stolen bases.

Segura came to Milwaukee as part of the trade that sent Zack Greinke to the Los Angeles Angels in late July.

The 22-year-old batted .264 in 44 games for the Brewers this year.
