Renovations to Wrigley Field are ongoing but a portion of the remodeled outfield bleacher seats are opening May 11.

Monday’s game against the New York Mets will coincide with the Cubs’ planned “Pink Out” for breast cancer awareness.

Enhancements to the outfield include upgrades to concessions, new video boards featuring a mix of game and player stats and video replays. Seating in the bleacher seats remains general admission. However, the Cubs added what the team describes as “enhanced spaces providing an atmosphere and extra space for groups of various sizes.”

The right field bleachers are not scheduled to open until June 11 in a coordinator effort with sponsor Budweiser.

“There’s no experience quite like sitting in the Budweiser Bleachers for a Cubs game,” Cubs president of business operations Crane Kenney said. “With new group spaces, wider concourses and expanded concession service, we are excited to open the Budweiser Bleachers for our next homestand and celebrate the relaunch of one of the most popular seats in sports with our legacy partner, Anheuser-Busch.”
