The Atlanta Braves and Cuban outfielder Dian Toscano have agreed to a four-year contract, the team announced Wednesday.

The $6 million deal includes a $1.2 million signing bonus, and Atlanta has a $1.7 million option for 2019, with a $200,000 buyout.

To make room on the 40-man roster, the Braves designated outfielder Jose Constanza for assignment.

Toscano, 25, is the latest addition in the Braves’ overhaul of their outfield. They traded Jason Heyward, Justin Upton and Evan Gattis and signed Nick Markakis, Zoilo Almonte, Eury Perez and Jonny Gomes.

Toscano, a left-handed hitter, hit .356 in 2012-13 for Villa Clara in Cuba’s top league.
