As Alabama prepares for its showdown Saturday against Florida, head coach Nick Saban said there is a good change injured wide receiver DeAndrew White will return to action.

White suffered a “little shoulder separation” in the Crimson Tide’s Week 1 win over West Virginia. White has missed the past two games.

“We’ll see how it goes with him and make a decision later in the week and see if we think he’s able to play,” Saban said.

Another starter, safety Jarrick Williams, might also see some playing time after sitting out the past two games with a broken foot on Aug. 30.

Saban told al.com Williams is expected to run sometime this week, adding that it might be long shot to expect Williams will be ready to play.

Saban will not have starting safety Nick Perry available for the first half against the Gators. Perry, who was ejected for targeting in Saturday’s game against Southern Mississippi, must sit out as required by NCAA rules.
